Payment Method

You can purchase items and pay delivery charges through our secure shopping cart using a debit or credit card or through paypal.

Product Delivery

If an item is undeliverable as a result of an inaccurate address, provided by you, the cost of resending items to the correct address will be charged to you, the customer. Alternatively at this stage, if you decide against continuing with the order we will refund you the cost of the goods but not the postal charges incurred by Silverwood.

Silverwood can not be held responsible for delivery delays due to postal strikes or industrial action but we do promise to prioritize sending of items as soon as the strike is over.

If you select a guaranteed delivery date or express delivery service but through no fault of Silverwood, the delivery company fails to deliver the goods on time we can not be held responsible. As long as the item is trackable, dispatched on the date specified and was scheduled for delivery as requested by you, Silverwood is under no obligation to send a duplicate or refund any postal costs.

Your statutory rights are not affected in this case. To avoid disappointment we recommend that all customers leave adequate time for their goods to be delivered. Please allow longer delivery time for international orders.
